Considering that the show was a song or two shorter than usual and that Ale sang on two songs I would guess that Dany wasn't at 100% this night.
So she might just has been a bit more tired than normal.

That makes sense this show being the 4th day in a row. I can imagine Dany being a little tired. Not only that on this leg of the tour they are playing 8 shows in 10 days. Wow!

I took those pictures from the side of the stage and I only noticed that Dany laid flat on her back, I did not see her getting up or if she struggled.
