It's an outdoor venue, so most likely because of a noise curfew. Same might happen at the Greek today.

That's a likely reason.
I don't know anything specific myself.
Read that they did start 15 minutes later than scheduled though.
But the printed setlist had only 8 songs so it looks like it was according to plan or at least a quickly adjusted plan.
